This company purchased many other smaller ones then a year or so from that... Decides to sell it all off because they claimed that it wasn't profitable. As a result of this sell off... I and many others have lost our jobs. They attempted to simplify this blow by only offering 2 weeks of severance pay which imo wasn't enough.

My experience at Affinitiv was extremely disappointing. The company is top-heavy with executive and VP-level management, many of whom operate through intimidation rather than leadership. Client Success is severely under-supported, and there’s a clear disconnect between departments. The Product and Tech Support teams frequently lacked working knowledge of their own software, making it difficult to provide effective solutions to clients. Upper management regularly deflects accountability and enables a culture where employee mistreatment is tolerated. Despite aggressive sales targets, there’s little to no investment in fixing the broken systems that support client success and product delivery. Many knowledgeable, experienced employees have left, leaving critical workloads to fall on a small number of overwhelmed individuals. If you value collaboration, transparency, or a healthy work environment, I would caution against joining this organization.
