Leadership at the Sales Team level is outstanding.

Cons

Confusing revenue based “sales goals”. Extra confusing sales commission plan that DOESNT pay % on what you sale but instead gives flat payouts upon hitting goal, limits the amount of money you make, no incentive to try and hit over goal. Company is not “sales” focused. Very apparent that more focus goes into “zoom happy hours” than product development or investment into the sales org. C-Level team is Cox Auto heavy. Basically are ruining the sales culture that made this company so great.

Pros

Autoloop was great. Company Parties were lit, Benefits were paid fully for employees, yearly reviews and raises. Affinitiv has killed all of the above when we were purchased.

Cons

No room for growth, even though it was promised. No pay raises in over a year and half. No bonuses. Higher work load without hiring more people. Everyone plays favorites. Operations is completely neglected.
