It's scrappy with a small budget, so you can learn a lot if your greener in your career.

The PE that runs Affinitiv, as well as leadership, are there to make the company look good on paper. That's what they care about. In twenty years of my professional career, I have never been at a company that cares less about you personally. They will not invest a dime in you. They don't believe in paying for performance and the benefits are abysmal. They. Don't. Care. About. You.
