I have a job during the pandemic and flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Affinitiv has completely stripped every benefit of working for the previous company “Autoloop.” They have taken away 401K match, increased the cost of terrible insurance, there is no opportunities for training, and no raises for 2-3 years. They also took away holiday bonuses without any sort of communication. If you get a job here, expect to work 2 jobs at once, but don’t expect any sort of raise, and expect your team to be gone at the end of the year because they can’t keep anyone at the company. They say they are trying to improve culture, but it is just not happening. Everyone is leaving this company for a reason.

Great company to work for. Tremendously talented, committed, hard working team. Just appointed a new CEO with a clear vision of continuing to build a first class company that values it's employees. Very Exciting time at Affinitiv

Cons

During the past couple years the company has gone through a lot of changes. When merging multiple companies in such a short time there are bound to be changes as we work on creating a unified Affinitiv. Taking the best parts of each company will only make the company stronger in the future.

Remote/Work From Home policy; many talented team members who are great to work with.

Cons

Job security is essentially nonexistent. Layoffs are frequent, leading to constant shuffling of responsibilities, plus burnout from the ever-growing workload acquired from those who were let go.
