Flexible work enviorment, remote work from anywhere, supportive leadership, ability to have impact and make a difference, great co-workers.

Cons

I feel the company has come a long way but still has to work to do with colloboration, structure, and process to best service and grow customer base. The teams here at Affinitiv are very committed so we will get there.

Affinitiv Advertising is an amazing place to work. All staff are friendly and eager to get jobs done! Affinitiv has been an overall very pleasant experience work wise. Upper Management values all employees no matter the job title. Such an amazing opportunity for growth and development in the company!!

Cons

Work from home environment is a little tricky at first, but regularly scheduled company meetings makes the adjustment easy!

Pros

Constant opportunity to grow and training on all aspects of our industry. The leadership team is continuously working towards developing a culture where team members have the opportunity to connect with other departments, have interdepartmental training, and have clear career growth paths. The president of the company hosts monthly "Ask Me Anything" meetings that allows all employees an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions. Spontaneously the president will provide ALL employees 1/2 day Fridays off! Resources are constantly being developed & existing processes are reviewed frequently to support efficiency. Affinitiv Advertising gives their employees the flexibility to have a good work life balance.

Cons

The only con I have is not necessarily a "Con". Because the leadership team works really hard to make sure that all team members are heard and that there is connectivity and growth within all departments, there are slow changes and adjustments that are rolled out. Although, these changes can sometimes be uncomfortable, It is clear to see that they are necessary to support overall efficiency & growth!
