Affinitiv successfully navigated complete integration during the pandemic. Often companies that are acquiring other businesses fail to integrate each acquisition and it was a struggle at first but the people at Affinitiv strived to make it work. Especially when the newest CEO was put in place.

Cons

A little too much corporate structure for me but many people like it.
