Its a fast paced environment, that comes with any Ad Agency's territory. Expect to put in 110% into every day M-F because they are growing so quickly. Embracing procedural changes on the fly and wearing several hats within the organization is critical for success here but Affinitiv Adverting provides significant growth opportunity to those who prove they can survive in a demanding yet exciting and fulfilling industry.
