The Company has made recent Executive Changes, and they are for the better. Communication has been much better and it appears that they really care about their employees and customers.

- 'Work from here' policy is awesome (gives employees flexibility to choose to WFH or come to the office whenever they want) - Great people - really do enjoy working with everyone - They want to hear from their employees - CEO change was good. Finally an internal promotion and someone that has been here and knows the Company is in-charge. The old CEO didnt even know our products - There is definitely a lot of opportunity to learn here with all the integration work - plenty of new things to do if you are up for it

- Lots of moving parts with the merger activity, so workload is typically full

Re-birth of the Company...finally!!! New CEO, New IT Executives, New Direction and Vision. Teamwork has been re-introduced and there is a much more positive environment here.

Cons

Not many "Cons" left. Many of the issues and personnel challenges have been resolved.
