- Work from home - Available to work at office - Opportunity to move to other departments - Diversity groups

Cons

- The merge is causing a lot of inconsistencies - Higher up is making changes to please the customer without knowing the issues in the new system causing issues for the lower operations team - Low pay and people haven't gotten raises in over a year - New insurance is not great, so many of us were so confused with it

Pros

Without the Work From Here policy, everyone would quit. At least they got one thing right!

Cons

For every negative review, Affinitiv HR and the Executive Leadership Team writes 5 fake positive reviews. Anyone wise enough to be a valuable asset to the company would recognize this pattern. Listen to the bad reviews and stay far away from this toxic company! They don't care about the true opinions of their current/former employees. You are just a piece in their game.
