• I often feel supported when I really need the support • Management can really give you the tools you need to advance in your career • LOTS of training when needed • Friendly team, positive work environment • Benefits have improved greatly since switching to Cigna • Work from Home (or anywhere!)

Cons

• You may find yourself overloaded at the beginning of every month with new assets and client requests, but management is always willing to offer help and delegate as needed.

Professional working environment. Management is concerned with individual employee growth and achievement. Excellent amount of PTO and paid holidays, benefits are competitive and have improved year over year. Company is stable and profitable.

Cons

Meetings. Pay is middling. PTO does not roll over.

Pros

One of the best groups of people I have ever worked with. I truly believe that the majority of the organization is passionate about Affinitiv and its direction. The general sense of management style is trusting and supportive. This allows people to do their job without micromanagement and motivates me and my team.

Cons

Working with other teams can sometimes be challenging with regards to communication. Having better departmental communication would help complete projects quicker.
