Pros

The recent change in PE involvement seems to be doing some good for the company. They let go the CEO that was actively holding us down and seem genuine about investing in growth instead of just leaving things stagnant. Still good work/life balance and insurance improved a lot this year.

Cons

Still a long ways to recover from here, but it looks like we're taking the first steps. Almost all teams are still very under-resourced and overworked.

Pros

I enjoyed the majority of the people I worked with and it was great being able to work from home everyday. There was good work/life balance and the half days before holidays were a fun added bonus. Additional learning opportunities were good as well. Loved being able to meet up with my team 1-2 times a year!

Cons

While I loved working at home, having a Chicago office to go into every now and then would have been fun (it was closed after covid). Change was a constant.
