      -Work From Home -Great PTO Policy -Wonderful Colleagues -Team Environment -Everyone Wants To See You Succeed -Empathetic Leadership (if an emergency comes up, they tell you to take care of what needs to be done without another thought) -Would Rather Promote Within -Transparency! ELT Is Transparent With Everything Going On

      Pros

      Great product suite to offer Dealers with lots of opportunity. Teams that care to continue to improve product and customer satisfaction. Employee professional and personal growth opportunities through training platforms, mentorship opportunities and leadership. Internship program also provided for student opportunity to get hands on experience and training. Affinitiv gives all team members the opportunity to have a voice and hand in the success of the business. If someone was to ask me what I like most about Affinitiv, I would say THE PEOPLE!

      Not necessarily a Con but a lot of Change. Need to be able to adapt to change.
