dont believe 5 * reviews- all fake. affinitiv - is most miserable company I have ever worked at. rude, unprofessional managers; constant employee turnaround; periodic layoffs. surprised its still not sold

Little to no organization whatsoever. A culture where individuals that do next to nothing are rewarded and promoted for who they rub elbows with rather than the merit of their accomplishments. People that work hard and efficiently are often overlooked. No praise or recognition for implementing measures that streamline processes and save the company time, resources, and money. They also discontinued annual bonuses because nobody can use extra money around the holidays especially when being paid a subpar salary.
