Benefits, pay, flexibility, nice referral sources

Cons

Inefficient meetings, lack of collaboration between sales/clinical/ops, faulty processes, non-clinical minded sales leadership lacking vision for the industry barking quotas constantly rather than creating an environment that would earn them. No realistic growth forecast though they promise it to everyone during recruitment calls.
