Affinity Hospice is the best Hospice I have ever worked for… They are quality driven, appreciative of their employees, competitive pay, and an approachable leadership team.

Cons

A position with any Hospice requires true dedication. If you are not time managed, it is very difficult to work autonomously in a hospice environment.

Not always the best communication. Alot of upper mgmt changes and salary changes.
