Good benefits, leadership will take care of you if you communicate, members are generally kind and understanding.

Cons

Pay isn't great, sometimes communication breaks down between departments, branches, and call center, and of course the occasional unruly member, current PTO is punishing to parents

Benefits. If you have health issues, the great benefits can make up for the low pay.

Cons

Pay is uncompetitive. New laws require CUs to post payscales. Affinity significantly underpays compared to competition. I feel like I was ripped off.
