      Pros

      Affinity Plus FCU cares about it's employees and members. If you are a caring individual, you will fit right in! There is accountability to care for our members in a respectful and impactful way. There is also a high prioritization of supporting your community.

      Cons

      At times, owning the member experience can be difficult if you do not have enough knowledge to help the member without stopping for help every 2 minutes.

      As a leader, you too help demonstrate the care and sense of purpose we believe sets Affinity Plus apart! Thank you. We are proud of the pay and benefits package we offer. Last year we provided all team members and managers a 4% pay increase and backdated it to the beginning of the year. As a not-for-profit, we do evaluate and adjust pay on a regular basis to stay competitive within our industry; and thank you for sharing your thoughts about areas we can continue to pay attention to.

      Pros

      Great benefits and work flexibility. (Not competitive salary.) Plus, there are some incredibly kind coworkers.

      Cons

      CEO, CFO and CTO are not great people to work with. They’re either cranky, fake or disingenuous half the time. They like to pick out people from the company (even those who aren’t at the manager level) to scrutinize them and make them feel horrible about themselves and their work.
