Insurance plan is good for people.

Cons

Dave preaches family yet he pays nothing He gives shirts and free food . I make 30k more now at another mortgage company. Dave gives his tear jearker speech each year to everyone making 40k while he makes probably 400k. It's a great speech but come on he lives in wayzata. Demand money not good.

Empowerment to do what is right for the member. Benefits are good. Building relationships with members is encouraged.

Cons

The ultimatum of wearing a mask daily or consenting to an experimental, dangerous shot. The increasingly politically driven directives. We are encouraged to read, listen and engage in dialogs that are in opposition with a faith based viewpoint. The fear that any employee who expresses opposing personal viewpoints are in danger of losing their job. The inclusion of political themes in the workplace is an unnecessary trigger point for some employees.
