Kept getting delayed for growth opportunities. Not really people-focused as they say. Pay is less than competitors. Culture seems to be degrading.

Benefits. If you have health issues, the great benefits can make up for the low pay.

Cons

Pay is uncompetitive. New laws require CUs to post payscales. Affinity significantly underpays compared to competition. I feel like I was ripped off.
