      Pros

      Great company with great benefits. Very flexible, useful training, great place for experience and skill building. Friendly family like environment.

      Cons

      The management and leadership were not on the same page. Decisions were made without being thought through. No work from home option

RealCo is a subsidiary of USAA and while we do share office space in Addison, the Mortgage Processor title is specific to the parent company.       Pros

      The people and culture, smaller organization, parent company being USAA, innovative leadership, employees have autonomy in their jobs, total compensation exceeds expectations, covered parking garage, great location and much more.

      Cons

      Lack of space for training or presentations, older building.

      UPDATE: USAA Real Estate is in the process of renovating our headquarters and we are eagerly anticipating that our space should be completing by the beginning of the new year.
