      Culture going down | be ready to compromise your values and being in submissive culture

      Good pay Good perks Lower and middle level people are nice

      Cons

      Management is getting greedy by day in last two years. Things will not make commercial sense Top management promotes submissive culture. You cannot speak in meetings. Your opinion does not value. Class system. If you are not of a particular class, college, you will not be given due weightage of your knowledge. No culture of training and mentoring people. Programs are run as a formality. Management will rather bring people from outside then promoting internal people
