- PTO is good - Remote Work

Cons

- Horrible pay increases - Severe Lack of Communication - Good ol' Boy attitude, if you don't comply you will be blacklisted - Managers gossip with not just other managers but lower level employees as well.

Everything I loved about USAA has changed due to new ownership.

Cons

Leadership vacuum, elite running office, staff treated as second-rate citizens; it used to be all about our mission, now is all about a lot of money for a few people at the top.
