Pros

The people and culture, smaller organization, parent company being USAA, innovative leadership, employees have autonomy in their jobs, total compensation exceeds expectations, covered parking garage, great location and much more.

Cons

Lack of space for training or presentations, older building.

UPDATE: USAA Real Estate is in the process of renovating our headquarters and we are eagerly anticipating that our space should be completing by the beginning of the new year. Great bonus program and very rich benefit package. Exceptional co-workers, competitive salary. First class company to work for.
