Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of projects to work on and opportunities to learn new skills. Company is very open to suggestions from any employee regardless of status. Management is very open to change when the change offers some kind of improvement or efficiency. They try their best to fight against “tribe mentality” and create processes that are trainable and can be improved upon.
Cons
Pay isn’t very competitive. Communication from upper management can be lackluster at times leaving a lot of room for guesswork or assumptions to be made on some projects. A lot of conversations at this company can borderline between distasteful and just plain inappropriate for the work place.
