The owner is great to work for! They truly care about their employees and show appreciation for all you do. I have been here for 6 years and I can say it's been my best career move! There's a very positive atmosphere and everyone gets along great.
Cons
The only thing that could be a negative is that it's very fast paced. But that's so much better than being bored and having the day drag on.
