Pros

Okay pay for the area compared to other call centers. Good benefits, and some of the people you work with are friendly

Cons

Work to Life balance is horrible. If you have a family expect not to see them as much as you'd like.

Pros

Flexible Hours (You are a contract employee so you can come and go as you please, however, you are 100% commission so if you don't work, you won't make any money).

Cons

There is little to no training what so ever. There are a lot of pointless meetings where you are expected to show up even though you don't get paid to be in any of those meetings. It could feel as if you are playing office and not actually working a real job.
