Pros
This company really gives you the tools to be the best you can be. A lot of duties must be self driven and if you have that drive, they can help give you the tools to exceed in everything you do. On top of that, their sales are driven off of incentives that can be anything from paid international vacations to training seminars across the country.
Cons
There is no necessary filtering of weak employees. There have been employees who have set up accounts and then not worked with their clients in months, sometimes years.
