Great benefits, friendly coworkers and ability to work remote
Cons
No training for the job, its a sink or swim type of atmosphere. Difficult to promote from within, over worked, under apprecitated, no reward or recognition for outstanding work, leaders don't listen and they want you to do double the work load because they fail to see the need to hire more qualified people. No work life balance, expected to solve problems caused by other departments who do not take ownership for their work.
