Pros

Good product, and a great place to get your foot in the door for a career in employee benefits, supplemental health insurance, and health insurance.

Cons

You have to be highly disciplined to succeed. It's not a job as an agent, it's a business. You also want to have good management and leadership you're working with.

Pros

There are literally no pros to a company that scams people during the hiring process.

Cons

I was scammed into believing I was working for a company who worked business consulting only to end up paying out of pocket to travel back and forth for weeks of training in Chicago, to find the job is actually selling insurance for Aflac and not getting paid. Don’t even consider this job. The job as a whole was described as a completely different position. This place is a total scam and the market is over saturated with insurance sales people.
