Pros

Team environment; awesome incentives and bonuses; reputable company that pays out benefits to policyholders ... often times within 24 hours of claim filing; agent appreciation is strong and they treat us like royalty. Start up costs very low. Extensive training school. If can get through first couple of years can earn six figures. Easiest with spousal or family support. RETIREMENT can be a dream with stock options and after 10 years in agents get to keep their residuals 100%. GREAT for younger adults to earn massive opportunities for advancement and income. Family oriented.

Cons

Challenging to get started; lots of miles in the car; need a savings or familial support/ nest egg to begin.
