Good Company to Work For

Pros

Aflac is a great company to work for. The only department that I would not recommend is the Call Center. The pay is decent and so are the benefits. Also, they appreciate their employees and do fun things always.

Cons

Working in the Call Center can be very stressful. Certain departments you have to know people in order to get promotions.

Pros

Position is Steady work, insurance benefits start immediately on day one but end the day you leave not the end of that month no weekends ongoing training provided

Cons

Focus is on meeting numbers, call statistics and call time, you must take breaks at assigned time and if a call runs into your break time causing your break to start later than scheduled you must cut your break short or face negative implications for "returning from late"
