This is still a corporate environment and some of the policies are initiate by people who have never done the job. There is too much of the "my title is higher than yours" attitude among some departments.

Compensation can be lower than industry standard in some areas and causing people to go elsewhere IN TOWN for the same position and receiving 20-30% higher salaries.
