Pros

You work with youth in underserved communities and grow into a leader, mentor, and adult figure which can handle many situations.

Cons

Pay rate is too low, management is unfocused and either not present or too overbearing. Upper management is toxic and filled with execs who seem to have no idea what they are doing, or purposefully making it harder for their employees.
