ASAS is highly entrepreneurial and works every day to focus our efforts on the youth we serve and providing innovative, relevant and transformation programming. ASAS also focuses on the health and well-being of staff at all levels, working to ensure that team members feel fulfilled, safe and accomplished.

Cons

Moving fast and trying to do a lot every day can lead to burn out, we need to work on that.

Everyone at the National office is extremely helpful and easy to work with. It's an enjoyable work space to be in.

Cons

If you don't live near by, traffic in the morning and afternoon is the worse to get here.
