Pros

My coworkers & boss were all very kind and passionate and took their jobs very seriously. The hours were flexible. Team meetings showed everyone really cared about the kids and it wasn't just another paycheck.

Cons

Not totally organized, I think I worked at a branch that was just starting out so everyone was still in training and my manager had a lot on her plate.

Pros

Working to see a positive out come. Your actually making a difference in someone's life.

Cons

It would be nice to work more hours. Maybe even just one extra.

Pros

Great mission and network. Arnold Schwarzenegger founded the organization and there is a strong organizational brand/presence in LA and Florida.

Cons

There isn't much space for growth in the Philadelphia site. Also, if you're looking to have high impact in urban education, this may not be a good fit. This org has a more recreational focus.
