After-School All-Stars reviews

As a member of the national office, I felt like employees were not valued, hard work was not recognized or acknowledged, and there was a dearth of strong/supportive leadership in multiple departments. In my experience, this organization is very generous in its assessment of itself as a provider of afterschool programming; the thing they're actually good at is raising money and talking about how great they are.

There is very little communication between staff. Program leaders are under appreciated while the Program Coordinators get all the credit. Time sheets are sometimes falsified.
