Pros

They pay very well. The best in the area for a job that only requires high school.

Cons

The swing shift is hell to plan your life around, especially for families. 12 hour shifts are mandatory every day you work. You are on days (7am to 7pm) for two weeks, then nights (7pm to 7am) for 2 weeks. In a week you either work , Tuesday Wednesday, then Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or if it's the week you switch, it's Thursday and Friday, and have Sat, Sun, Monday off, then come back Tues on the opposite shift. The week ends on Sunday morning, so you either have 3 or 4, 12 hour shifts in a "week". As an entry level worker, the culture here is that you do not take any breaks until everything is loaded around 2 or 3 o'clock. Meanwhile, the people that have been here for a longer time tend to sit in the break room for 30 minutes, up to an hour at a time, several times per shift.
