Cons
Lots of overtime. For making 24.50 a hour I cleared 95k last year. No that’s not a typo I cleared over 95k making only 24.50/hr. It’s not uncommon some years to work 20 to 30 days straight with no days off. Also is a 24/7 plant so if you don’t have a lot of time in you will never get any holidays off. Great company other then the overtime. This company will make you choose them over family.
