Pros

Management gives you plenty of space to do your job. They do not over manage or micro manage you. There is not much evening or weekend work expectations.

Cons

You don't have a voice if you are not on the upper level of management or if you are not a man. Though the women are the work horses, the men promote, hire and listen to men only. Management is rarely seen.

Long hours at times, but that is to be expected anywhere.

Too much dead wood. They get shift among departments. Mgmt and HR know it but are risk adverse. Others have to carry their load
