      Pros

      People, benefits, work life balance. HR did a great job with my onboarding. Everyone from top down management has made the transition smooth.

      Cons

      None yet, covid has made it hard to network but the collaboration tools put in place has helped.

      Pros

      The people here are great, and easily the strongest asset of AgFirst. Employees care about their customer-associations and doing the right thing by them, and that kind of empathy is contagious in the workplace. It serves a valuable purpose in keeping farming viable. I had no knowledge of what Farm Credit was before my first day here, and now I can clearly articulate how much of a key role it plays in helping modern day farmers. Upper level management is great and down-to-Earth. Tim Amerson, the CEO, has a love for the bank and the work we do that is nearly palpable.

      Cons

      I destroyed my diet within weeks of starting here. The food is too good!
