      Pros

      Diverse staff, excellent training opportunities, family oriented, highly structured and sophisticated IT department.

      Cons

      Honestly, no major drawbacks of working here from my perspective. My leaders are supportive of me, they engage regularly to get honest feedback. They address concerns as they arise. They are open to upward feedback. This may not apply to other areas, I can only speak for myself.

      Pros

      AgFirst has an excellent culture with numerous employee engagement opportunities from an employee appreciation day to chair massages. Most employees seem very happy with many have worked at AgFirst for a decade or more.
