Pros

AgFirst listens to my ideas and lets me work collaboratively with upper management. I started in the summer and when school started back they gave me so much flexibility in my work schedule because they wanted me to put school first. My manager really needs the projects that they assign me and I make a real impact on the company.

Benefits are great and there are really some awesome people in the company. CEO Tim is amazing and down to earth.

Cons

No room for advancement. Work environment was awful. Negative attitudes tend to dominate the department. Hated the majority of term.
