Like other companies, AgFirst has recently undergone some necessary changes to keep pace with evolving technology and customer needs and, as expected, has experienced some growing pains. Throughout this period, we have remained committed to treating all AgFirst staff with dignity and respect. To ensure that our employees have multiple ways to offer feedback and have their questions answered, we have instituted an anonymous online question-and-answer forum between employees and senior leadership and scheduled a series of small employee discussion sessions hosted by various executives.
