Income to the IT side of the bank comes from making loans to Farmers. We help them to succeed.

Cons

Need more outside influence, many managers have been here a long time.

When I first started at AGF it was a Great company, but then it went downhill FAST. You were required to work 60 hours a week while other on your team did just enough to get by.

Cons

If you like working your butt off with no appreciation or thanks. Then this is the place for you.
