Scratching head to find one

Cons

- Boys club - Leadership well paid, but those below gets nothing - Leadership drinking the Kool-Aid, looked for opportunity to cause friction when there isn't any - Shady leadership until board came in to clean house, but damage was already done, they got golden parachute while the lower folks for nada.
