It was a wonderful family oriented company to work for. The staff was the best ever.

Cons

Its very sad that all the offices closed and so many people left. The company I knew for so long is gone and will never be the same in each of the small countries since offices closed. It was built to be number 1 in the state and it was sold and everything t hgt ey said they wouldn't do. they did. They destroy a loving. awesome company. It's very sad for the employees lost and the families they knew us. Very sad.

I have been with HCSC for 7 years now and I love my job. I feel like there is connection with all staff all over the state. Leadership cares about everyone at the local level. I feel like we all work well together well as a team.

New EMR that took a bit for all to get used to.
