To start, the Business Development is ran by a Mean Girls committee. HR is a joke, culture and morals are non existent, with a fake DEI department to top it all off. I was in meetings at the highest levels of leadership and know what they say, think, and do. This company can not wait to use RIF (Reduction In Force) as a reason to let good people go. I will not be leaving a comment for advice to management because they know.

Leaders who listen to their employees. Awesome benefits such as assistance for tuition reimbursement. EAP program. Advancement from within. Accessibility of leadership to all employees. Great teams to work with who care about out patients and families. Leadership involve all levels of employees to invest in growth and ideas for enhancement of the company policy.

Could improve on health insurance coverage benefits.
