      We have a wonderful team in the Birmingham branch on every level. I love our management they are so willing to help. I have never been happier with a company.

      Being a hospice chaplain is a rewarding occupation. Agape provides autonomy and freedom of scheduling. There is also flexibility in scheduling for chaplains doing home care.

      Productivity is highly focused on and can be overwhelming. Poor communication

      We have such a great team and we all support each other and work so well together.

      Cons

      My only complaint is the commute time, but that will be with any hospice or home health company. Overall this is a wonderful company and group of people to work with!
