      Every discipline comes together for each other. They will not hesitate to step in and help when needed. Everyone is kind and pleasant. Work life balance is great.

      The work environment is very positive. Everyone is willing to teach and coach. It is a family environment. Hospice is a calling, and this company understands that. Everyone works hard but the company presses for work-life balance.

      Cons

      For leadership there can be a lot of scheduled meetings, however they are very productive and are not a waste of time.
