Pros

Agape Care/Hands of Hope is a growing company. The entire staff communicate effectively and are extremely respectful of each other. Each one of staff are remarkable in the job duties they perform for the children and families of SC and GA. Working from home is a huge benefit for some leadership and provided adequate equipment ( phone/laptop) to perform necessary tasks. Outstanding from the top down and provide significant feedback and recognition for work performed! Benefit package is fair with health insurance and retirement investments.

Cons

Working from home can be challenging as Hands of Hope/Agape Care covers the entire state of SC and portions of GA.

Pros

Hands of Hope, Agape Care's pediatric branch is an amazing group to work with and for. Management is vigilant about work-life balance, they want to know what would be beneficial to help make your job easier. Our team works GREAT as a whole together, pitching in to help where needed. Working with these families in their time of greatest need and crisis is such a blessing and getting to know each one on an individual level. It makes the work you are doing so worth it.

Cons

On call days, Improved to typically 5-6 days/ month. Everyone does their share of call days. Another reason our team is great in supporting other nurses in their time of need. Charting system is not peds friendly, but in process of working on that.
